Payment
Cigaretpapir.dk receives payment with Dankort / VISA-Dankort, VISA Electron, Mastercard, VIA Bill, JCB and Mobilpay Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped.
All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and is incl. VAT. Cigaretpapir.dk uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read.
Delivery
Cigaretpapir.dk delivers on all weekdays, with orders placed before kl. 12.00, for delivery next weekday.
Right of complaint
A 2-year right of complaint is granted in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and / or manufacturing.
The complaint does not apply to errors or damage committed by incorrect operation of the product.

Packages sent on COD are not accepted.
Refund
if a refund has been agreed, please send your bank details so that we can transfer the agreed amount. A processing time of a maximum of 7 days must be expected from the time we receive the package.
Right of withdrawal
There is a 14-day full right of return on items purchased in our Webshop.The period is calculated from the day you receive the order. Return costs must be borne by you. Cancellation must be reported to us no later than 14 after the purchase and from the cancellation you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after. The notice must be given per. mail to kontakt@cigaretpapir.dk. In the notice, you must make it clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. The condition of the item when you send it backYou are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item’s nature, properties and the way it works. In other words – you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store. If the item has been tried in addition to what is described above, we consider it to be used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item’s commercial value. In order to receive the entire purchase amount back, you must do the same as you can in a physical store. You may try the product, but not take it into actual use.
